All total commission costs are paid upfront before they are started. (Payment will be accepted using Stripe or Paypal through the commission request form on the Artistree weblink provided.)

Finished commissions will be posted online unless requested otherwise by the commissioner.

Commissions will be done in a cell-shaded or painted style with backgrounds, depending on the style requested.

If there are any expected deadlines, please state the date for the work to be completed when filling the commission form. If the deadline is within 3 days of the time of the commission request, please note there is a Rush Fee of $30.

Any photo/image references of the subject matter are to be provided by the requester when filling out the commission form.

Progress sketches will be shown before working on the final illustration. During this stage, revision requests can be made up to 2 times. Any additional revision requests will be charged an extra $8.

Artwork process time is subjective, depending on the circumstances of the artist (emergencies, computer repairs, vacations, etc). There is no absolute deadline/date that the client will receive the artwork, unless stated/requested by the client.

The artist reserves the right to turn down commission requests.

No commissioned work is for resale.
